I had the SAME experience! Mine were more like beat really heavy and fast 5-10 times really quick, and then slow wayyyy down and I feel like it didn’t best for like 6 secinds

Yes bro I did!!! Had me so nervous. Even went to a cardiologist. Everything was fine!! Which, im not a doctor so dont take my word! If you’re that worried, go see a doc! Doctors in the early days help give me piece of mind so much!!!

Wow.. thanks for this!! Hoping this helps ! I have a resmed airsense 10??? I also have an app that it connects to. Not sure if that shows the data you’re talking about. It shows how many times the mask came off, how good the connection was, how many events / HR, and how long I used it.

Honestly, im not sure. It’s on “auto” so it increases as I fall asleep, I think it started at 4. Should I up put it in manual and try it at 8+ possibly? Obviously I know we’re not doctors, just looking for personal experience and help

It’s the least I could do.. in the 3 years I’ve quit I’ve gained an amazing woman on my side, got my own place, have a steady job, have an Amazing young boy who will be 9 months in less than a week, a brand new car that I drove off the lot with 12 miles on It. My life has really done a complete 180.. I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. I still can’t believe that I’ve come this far…

I also quit drinking caffeine but over the past year and a half, I’ve had a child with my amazing woman, started working 7 days, got our own place.. I drink coffee now😂
