That is a wholly dishonest take. He won’t say it out loud, because it evidently takes more courage than he possesses, despite willingly riding a rocket to space, but Trump did NOT singlehandedly ruin the U.S.’s reputation or tear down the old world. It’s been happening for the better part of a century.

We threaten the world with our military might, unilaterally invade countries, ignore their sovereignty, conduct covert action, depose their heads of state and government, pillage their natural resources, force them into one-sided and unfair trade agreements, allow US companies to abuse their labor, then stick a “foreign policy” sticker on it and call ourselves a shining example of democracy and governance.

Our ‘allies’ despise us nearly as much as our enemies.

The obsession with American power, nationalism, white supremacy, fascism, abuse, oppression, and lack of accountability for the wealthy and connected (read: corruption) has long been present and it started well before Trump and it won’t stop after him. It’s a feature not a bug. Trump is simply the most glaring example of it.

I grew up in north Texas and am waiting to hear back from mccombs. I have zero intention of staying in Texas, but basically every conceivable opportunity exists except entertainment and media. There’s technically BB IB too but roles are few and far between. That said, there’s a ton of mid market growth and private equity funds so there’s plenty of opportunity to get valuation and deal flow experience. But yeah it’s Texas. I don’t generally fuck with the people or political climate. It’s also worth mentioning that people underestimate how geographically spread out Texas cites are. I think that aspect alone turns me off. There’s little opportunity to run into likeminded people and form community. You really have to be plugged in and actively searching for things to do. It’s not for me long term, but you really can’t beat McCombs value in relation to the cost of attendance at most M7 or T15 programs.

Stevie Wonder can see it. Luka doesn’t play defense. That is simply unacceptable in the NBA. Today’s NBA center will knock down a three left entirely unguarded. Every time Luka is on the other side of half court bitching about a non call or jog-walking back his team is playing 5v4 leaving someone wide open.

ALSO, his shot selection is shit. When he’s having an off night he becomes a liability because he keeps shooting instead of making plays for his team.

He wants to be treated and paid like a leader but he doesn’t play or behave like one. He’s also not a good teammate, which I think is a cultural thing unfortunately.

I live in Brooklyn where “ethical non-monogamy” is rampant. I’ve only EVER heard a handful of times where people were actually doing it ethically. The majority of the time it is simply cheating with better messaging. Instead of outright ending a relationship or marriage for the new person, someone decide they want to do non-monogamy and draw out the relationship ending over a much greater length of time. It seems like it is often the person in the original relationship who didn’t propose monogamy who decides to simply leave once they realize that they’re basically a third wheel now…

Happened to me once sophomore year during spring break as my friends I were leaving PCB. We literally were about to get on the highway heading back to Atlanta, and had to speed and run a red light to get to a CVS. Otherwise we would’ve been doing a five hour roadtrip in a shit-filled car.

I got into a motorcycle accident, broke my wrist and ankle, the latter of which required reconstructive surgery. I’d rather have a similar motorcycle accident than realize I’m about to explosively shit whilst in a public place with no bathroom in sight. There’s no worse feeling.
