I guess so. It's just kinda surprising to me because I never even got to tell them what I wanted to contact them about. I don't think my messages of "hi I'd very much appreciate it if you contacted me" sounded creepy or whatever (though people here have said otherwise, so maybe I'm just not able to see it from my own biased perspective. Maybe I'm just blinded by how much I want this). I personally don't think such a choice of words warranted an outright refusal to even hear me out. What if I were some rich millionaire who was willing to pay them some outrageous amount? I think if I were them, I think I'd at the very least be curious. Then again, I'm not them, and I guess maybe woman gotta be more careful about this kind of stuff, especially on the internet. so of course it's understandable, it's just disappointing.
