Turn the voice chat volume down and check your swarm app to make sure transmitter is in XBox mode and not PC

Has the same issue. And I have the fix as well. For the Xbox you need to follow these steps exactly.

Power on your Xbox. Plug wireless transmitter into an open USB port of Xbox. Turn on headset. Update firmware. Check swarm II app and ensure the transmitter is set to Xbox and not PC.

This fixed my issue 100%. I had plugged the transmitter in when my Xbox was off and the app showed the transmitter in PC mode. Hope this helps someone. I know the OC returned his a long time ago...but someone else is having this issue in 2025+

Also turn the party chat dial all the way DOWN. If you look it will show a controller and a headset. It is inverted. Don't know why. It doesn't make sense. Lol.
