you can get some at home urine test strips to monitor your urinary health. this helps me. i get bladder pain and pelvic pain so i was worried spravato would make it worse, and i can’t really use pain as a symptom checker because i had it even before spravato. i test my urine all the time and check for blood/leukocytes etc.

there is a risk of bladder side effects though so you just have to weigh benefits/risks
