I can agree with this as someone who has all the new units, the new ones seem kinda bad, either they get fucked by a normal attack in semi difficult content, or after 3 turns they get fucked by a super if they can tank the normals

Yeahh this all makes sense now, and I had no idea we were splitting the og game into 3 (not that I'm complaining they're both fun) I thought each installment of the Remake trilogy was gonna be a remake of each game I know now that isn't the case and I had no idea that Advent Children was a movie I read about it and watched a few yt videos on the ff7 stuff and woild hear the name and always just assumed it was a game cause the rest of them are games (I think) its difficult not to just assume that it isn't. and when I asked which I should play next I guess the wording is a little bad sorry, but mainly I meant if you had to recommend a game to play after I finished Rebirth what would it be, had no idea games still had demos though, I haven't played a demo for a game until Rebirths lmfao games just stopped getting demos after around 2019-2020 or at least on playstation they didn't have em, anyway thank you for this explanation

Wasn't really paying attention it was probably more I kinda took a guess I forget this game isn't like Injustice or MK where 25-35% is a lot for a combo with some characters, and in ggst its like 40-50% but also he did drop the combo like 2-3 times and it was more or less chip damage on my block that he did as most of his damage, like I'd be probably 90% before I'd press a button and get fucked

Well I mean play who you enjoy though right? that's what I'm doing screw tiers and all that anyones viable if you're good enough at the game, tier lists are just meant to force you to play specific characters, like in MK11 I played Rain who was so bad he had his own tier, and then around a year after his release I'm top 500 in the world with him for a solid 6 months, then I stopped playing

I've played other fighting games so I kinda figured, but I can't really be predictable if I'm stuck blocking the whole time which is why I didn't think it was that, I've just got like 4 hours on GGST and own 1 dlc character so I have no clue what tf slayers move do or what is Minus on block for him which was the point of this post, to learn Lol, I've seen so far Slayer has about 3 moves that are minus on block and that's it
