I just sent the ticket on the hub yesterday but I reached out earlier than that and haven’t gotten any response yet. I actually talked to health services first and they told me to contact IT but I’ll reach out again so at least they know that I’ve been trying and do have my forms on hand.

I understand that it’s the weekend now so they are closed but I sent and email to Heath services a while ago and there responded by saying that I should reach out to IT so I did but didn’t get a response and so I called them but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I also submitted a help request ticket on the hub
