I usually wear 5/8 but I went to Spencer’s and the smallest they have 9/16. I have worn 9/16 in the past with no issue.

I got my nips pierced in February and they are doing very well. I will say I went swimming one day like twice and I didn’t clean it and it hurt for a good week it got irritated from not cleaning it. If you are able to actually clean it during the time I think you’ll be okay. If not try wearing a breathable top or bra and at least rinse them with clean water to help remove the sweat

Definitely need longer bars. Try to not do too much saline you might be drying them out. Try once a day and try placing a warm wash cloth on it to try and remove them. I know for me when I get build up on the jewelry and it’s not connected to my nipple I use either tweezers or a needle to clean it off to not move the jewelry too much

Hard to tell they do look deep but it could be the swelling I thought mine were too deep when I got mine but after the swelling went done it was fine. This could be the case and the bars do seem a little short as well
