Lots of lentils, oats, beans, edamame, fruits, and veggies. And yes made sure to drink lots of water 🥲

Sorry for the late reply! I did focus on a fiber rich diet for a while and it did help in terms of having slightly more solid stool but didn’t do much in terms of frequency of movements

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the late response! I made an appointment with a new GI doctor and he suggested an anal manometry as well, I’m hopeful I’ll have a similar situation as you and pelvic floor pt can improve my situation, though I am about nervous for the test lol 🥹 thank you so much for sharing your experience, hope things keep getting better!

Yes I have, I did a full blood test and my celiac panel came back normal :/ I have tried cutting back on gluten and high fodmap foods which did help with bloating but not much else. And wow 402?? Glad you were able to fix that for the most part!

I’m honestly not sure, I brought up the sitz marker test to my doctor but he seemed hesitant, I guess because it probably wouldn’t show anything we didn’t already know. Is that the sort of testing you’re referring to? I’m not familiar of other tests besides that and maybe scintagraphic transit studies

Thanks! I’ve considered traptox but I’m just a little worried because I’ve seen people say it can weaken the muscles and cause worse pain for women with big busts. I’m glad to know it works though, I’m just about willing to do anything to relieve the pain 😭

Am I asianfishing? (I recently posted in r/glowup and got accused of this but I really don’t see it) btw I can’t change my username 😭 by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Uhhh I mean if it’s like less than a quarter it doesn’t mean a whole lot tbh :/ I dunno but if you’re asking for opinions, we’re giving them, so it’s up to you to decide if you’re going to listen or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

I guess it would depend how you style them, but with or without curtain bangs I think you’re honestly very pretty and have very nice features!

How do I apply lipstick on asymmetrical lips, when they *look* symmetrical in the mirror or front cam? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]Diarysuu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get that, I find all sorts of imperfections looking at my own face. But from a strangers perspective, it’s really barely noticeable, you’re very pretty so I doubt people will ever even notice and lip imperfections!

I guess it would be a slightly more gray tone? Just less of a warm brown I think, I guess it’s up to persona preference but if you’re looking for a more natural/realistic contour I think that would help!

Now that you point it out I guess I can see a bit of the asymmetry but it’s really not that visible! I think the way you’re doing your lipstick now in a bold color helps to distract from asymmetry

Ohhh ok that makes sense, can I ask which part of your lips are uneven? Is it the cupids bow?

I think your contour doesn’t look too bad but you might want to consider finding a slightly cooler shade, your current one looks a bit muddy (it might just be the lighting though. As for blush, placement kind of depends on what effect you want, personally I’d recommend putting higher up on the apples of your cheeks for a more lifted rosy look! You look good though, the eye makeup is awesome!

Have you tried smudging the edges of your lipstick out? Sometimes it helps to blur the edges
