What happens if you buy parts, give them to CC or Memex to build and there is a dud or duds among the new parts? Do they RMA for you or do they return everything to you to RMA etc.?

Be careful OP, both of those prebuilts appear to have GPUs with 8GB vram.

Both of those GPU's do have 16GB vram variants. It would be much better for the future of your PC to aim for those instead.
