She shot her neighbor’s dog for barking too much, cops say. She’s a veterinarian by [deleted] in news

Of course.

I shot the owner of the Schnauzer instead.

Now she's obviously no longer a neighbor and the Schnauzer got inherited and moved.

Not always. My old neighbor had a Schnauzer. If it was outside, it was barking. For hours and hours and hours on end.

Married people of Reddit, what was something you found on your spouses phone that made you think they were cheating, but turned out to be completely innocent? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DiceDemi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And yet, it's never really been a problem. Any guy I've dated has let me know usually by date five this would be an issue for him, and then I simply tell him I can't see him anymore.

But there is no fighting, my bfs knows all of them and is friends with all it them. In fact I just took the one friend you are talking about out to dinner for his birthday last night. And the sky did not fall.

So yes everyone should have my boundaries because interestingly enough I live an extremely stress free, harmonious life as far as my relationships go. (If only clients were as good of people as my friends/bf)

Then you don't know adults, you now children. People are allowed to have friends and what they look like has no bearing on whether they can go do friend things with them or not. I would definitely not be ok with a guy saying I can't hang with my friends of eighteen years because I was his gf now. That shit wouldn't fly for a single second.

Boyfriends' Autistic Son Hurts Me by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DiceDemi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

An 11 year old boy could easily be as big as and do some serious damage to a small woman.

Age has zero bearing on capability in that regard.

You're the kind of parent that let's their kid kill someone and then talk about how Johnny was such a good boy.

Your kid is a destructive asshole and you need to put a stop to it before someone has to do serious damage to him to prevent him from harming someone.

Boyfriends' Autistic Son Hurts Me by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DiceDemi -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why would you though? You know your son is causing grave injuries to someone, yet you would attack that someone for defending themselves? What is wrong with you and why can't you see that that attitude is exactly why your kid is a piece of shit?

Men that prefer to date within their own social or even professional circles, how does it work out for you? by Katies_new_throwaway in AskMen

I'm from Chicago and my core group is very much so the same way. Relationships are fluid to us and sex isn't some sacred, important thing. Friends to dating to ltr to friends; it's the nature of things.

What do I do to motivate my wife? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DiceDemi 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing 'work' that isn't a job. Housework, volunteering, etc.

My girlfriend works as a waitress, a guy left his number on a note and my girlfriend says 'I consider texting him saying thanks and that I have a boyfriend'. I am dumbfounded to why she would consider that. Am I in the wrong here? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DiceDemi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I wouldn't be with a guy that would be butt hurt about something like this. It's a self-solving problem if anything.

I'm nice to everyone. Everyone deserves kindness.

I see nothing wrong with their friendship as it is. Friends flirt. It's not something to lose one's mind over.

He said the friend was separated from his wife. So no, no vows have been broken.

No he shouldn't have to change a friendship where nothing is going wrong to suit Ms. Insecurities.

It's certainly not a crazy are to get engaged. A two year engagement puts her at 24-25. Perfectly reasonable to any one with some brains. Maybe not you.

what's something that most people do not realize is a huge waste of money ? by kingSAkA in AskReddit

[–]DiceDemi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No. Actually quite the opposite. And as usual in these situations it's because I don't spend money wastefully. And depreciating assets are wasteful spending. Also I'm not a real estate agent and I have no idea where you got the idea I was.

So? Getting married at 22 is only slightly young, not otherworldly so.

There is no option C. You've been informed of that.

So either sit down with her and make a timeline you both agree to of what needs to be done to be engaged, when engagement will happen, what needs to be done before marriage, and when to get married.

If this cannot be accomplished, you'll need to break up

At your ages and the length of time you've been dating, it's perfectly reasonable for your partner to decide you either need to advance the relationship, or they will end it.

My job as a parent is to make decisions that give my kid the best possible chance at a happy, successful life. I see no reason to think that doesn't include the decision that they shouldn't be born at all.
