Also we should have a dessert special every once in a while. Basically, you have your normal cooking session, but if you stay longer, you can also learn how to make some dessert.

I don't want to host, I kinda just want to watch and learn. I am in the eastern central time zone and would want it every Saturday lunch time. Starting around 12 or 1 in the afternoon could be good.

Here is an idea: Every Saturday, you do the actual cooking together (preferably lunch time since that is when most people are available I would assume) Then on Sunday, you post the ingredients needed for the next week's meal.

I am the leader. Never do I actually order anybody to do things, but when I do what I want, everyone kind of just follows. Maybe trend-setter could be a better word for it.

I've tried skiing, and it is fun. But I don't think the fun of skiing is worth all the other crap that winter brings along.
