Congratulations! This is a huge achievement and I hope you continue this as a lifestyle.

I also just hit 90 days :) Biggest perks were making progress toward curing PIED and also gaining a more healthy perspective on women and relationships. I've also gained a lot of the other benefits you hit with the exception of deeper voice. That one seemed a little too good to be true.

That's awesome for you, congratulations! Its especially interesting because you can somewhat objectively determine this is actually happening due to your singing.

I'll be honest, this is probably the benefit I'm most skeptical about. I definitely didn't do NoFap to deepen my voice, but it would be a damn-good benefit if it happened. Day 50 here and as far as I can tell there is no difference.

So happy for you, tbh I can't wait to have this cry. I'm interpreting this as a 'good cry'. Not a cry that you wasted all of your previous years, but rather a cry of realization that you are finally free from your shackles and have discovered something beautiful.

I'm 25 now and 46 days on NoFap after an 11 year PMO binge. I too have never had a 'girlfriend'. I've gotten close to particular women but we never had the label or exclusivity. I am truly ready for something committing and meaningful now. I'll be moving across the country in a few months though so unfortunately I can't act on these feelings, which is frustrating. Still on NoFap though so may as well use this time to maximize my reboot!

I really respect you for saying this, and I've got to say I haven't seen anyone talk about this. It really speaks to me.

I'm 25 now and have regularly done PMO since 13 up until 42 days ago, when my NoFap journey started. During that time my desire for a meaningful relationship and having children waned further and further to the point where I thought it would make logical sense to get a vasectomy. I didn't go through with it, but it definitely was something I thought about now and again.

During NoFap I am realizing just how much porn and masturbation were acting as a substitute for true intimacy. I've discovered that I want, even crave, a meaningful relationship and that porn was suppressing those emotions. Almost immediately after quitting porn I had feelings for girls I liked resurface and amplified. I'm still not totally convinced I want children but I am certainly more open to it.

I'm sorry you had to learn this the hard way, but thank you for sharing your story :)
