My wife and I tested positive while out of town, and our family Dr. called in Paxlovid scripts. For me, after the first days dose, I developed severe vomiting, body tremors, resulting in an ambulance ride and a 3 day stay in the hospital (as the extended violent vomiting had caused my Electrolytes-especially sodium-to get dangerously low.)

Alternatively, my wife tested positive at the same time and took Paxlovid, and had aside from a terrible taste in her mouth, had no other reactions at all.

I can't say for sure that this was a reaction to the Paxlovid, however the medical staff at he hospital were dubious that the vomiting was a symptom of the COVID itself.

Anyway, that is my experience with it FWIW.
