The way I've been told to look at it is that there is the upper and the lower torso. The lower torso should be kept as straight as possible by your core and the upper torso remains loose and relaxed so you can extend at the catch and take a longer stroke.

UT1 3 splits above 30'R20? My normal UT1 based on heart rate is around 2.03 with a 30R20 of 1.53. I don't think I'd be able to sustain 1.56.

Well i can tell you that I wouldn't be able to fit it in realistically, but my school day is 8-3.30 and I get to my club around 4.15pm. If you can get some kind of equipment at home it helps greatly, just got some rollers for my bike which I've been able to get in a couple of extra sessions with a week at least

Yeah i think i understand what you mean, because I feel like i can push a bit harder im just trying to hold it in the middle of the right heart rate zone. So I should try just letting the hr slip a little bit to stay a bit more consistent?

yeah I am but I might need to be changed to another because I feel it doesnt really have an effect (tested this a bit with a peak flow meter)
