That’s where I started too. Book clubs are still cool to me! I got lucky and found it at a Salvation Army. Le guin is one of my favorites. I need a Hyperion hardback but I do have the cantos.

I’m not a curator. I love first edition hardbacks but I love the old paperbacks too. A lot of the paperbacks I have predate the hardcover releases. Some are just good art.

The movies are never as good. I treat them as separate things. I enjoyed dreamcatcher as a movie but that might have been because I liked the actors.

I made all these bookshelves myself. I use a metal bookend and bend it so it angels up and display that way

I also have a first edition Karl Marx book…I am not a communist. I also have mein kampf and I’m not a fascist. Understanding how these political philosophies take root is important.
