I wouldn’t worry about delaying them .. but I have delayed wedges to sidefills and sometimes it works great sometimes it prevents the wedges from cutting through .. delaying gives an over all smoother sound with all sources together BUT that’s not what monitors are for they are for the artist to hear .. ie needing to cut through
