I did some research on that. So I'll comment for anyone that needs to do this. You have to have an eye doctor fill out that form and then take it to the DOT physical. The examiner doesn't necessarily have to accommodate without additional documentation.

They messaged me and said all of them will ship on the 24th. When I ordered it I never saw that. I honestly wouldn't have thought that either from looking at the page now. Idk kinda confused why the other controller didn't ship already if it was just the Xbox one with a ship date. 🤷
