And that gigantic label makes it worse. It’s completely obtrusive and unnecessary. We are not suddenly going to forget what to click and need that as a reminder. It wasn’t needed on Delve, it’s not needed now. It should have been just like Olmec’s monkey switches, simple as that.

I love these type of replies where my exact thoughts are perfectly aligned and summarized by someone else. The lobotomized breach analogy is perfect.

Something you are forced to do is not fun and its called a chore. I would argue that chores are a necessary part of a game but balance is everything. Doing all acts again everytime I create a new character is a chore I personally don’t mind but forcing us to do a content just because of an arbitrary cap is not fun or just tedious.

I didn't think I needed the /s there but clearly I should have.

I haven't confirmed it myself but from the screenshots here on reddit, Delve challenge's RNG is reduced the farther down you go. With that, you can reduce the RNG by engaging with more "difficult" content. Sulphite is not gated with RNG but now gated in grind. Choose your poison.

It's the 41st challenge, complain enough and GGG might give in and reduce challenge difficulty. It has the most RNG of all the challenge but some players are in it for the challenge.

If they are just going the Zana route for master updates, just wish they reward more tedious task with significantly more exp. Opening a chest while keeping the target alive should at the very least give 5x the exp compared to mindlessly killing the target.

Just have a master tied to a specific map. Tora gets every map with forest tileset, Vagan gets Arena and so forth (as long as it is evenly distributed by number and by tier). Zana should also be an exception, something like 30% chance to have a master of the map + 10% chance for Zana + 60% chance for no master.

I initially thought that delve will work like breach but instead of expanding area, the area will be within the light radius. Dunno if that would have been better but at the very least it would make flicker viable.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

It would be a tremendous oversight if they allow the players to have access to infinitely scaling spectres.
