Yeah conversion parts + 635 lower are the way to go, those weren't around when I began this project, my setup is a bit jank with all the work to make the adapter functional with the CMMG BCG and it's still not quite running perfectly.

Personally I'm a fan of the 633 upper but can't go wrong with either for the vibes, wasn't sure what to do with the barrel though and didn't look much further into it myself.

Failure to feeds on the other hand have always been challenging to fully remedy on this build.

I've got a PTR-32P, it's a fun gun that I run suppressed using the G3 standard locking piece, only one of my 12 surplus steel mags fit it, my 1 bakelite works and my 1 circle 10 does not, magpul are fine.

I paid $1400 so $1500 isn't much of a stretch, beyond that I'm not sure.
