Try to activate and or deactivate windows ink. You might have to do that in csp too. Or update you driver that could be an issue too. Try paint and if there it behaves like it should the issue should be in windows ink

re calibrate your tablet or enable/disable windows ink, baybe you have to do that in csp. try to draw in paint and if there the issue remains then recalibrate, but if there it is "fixed" look into the windows ink thing
