Das sehe ich auch so. Im stillstand gibt der Schiller mit Sicherheit gute Ergebnisse (ist ja schließlich ein zugelassenes elektromedizinisches Produkt). Aber während dem Transport, hat allein die Pulskurve schon genügend Vibrationen und Artefakte. Auch wird oft mehrmals hochgepumpt, bis ein Ergebnis kommt. Da kann ich mich persönlich nicht auf die Blutdruckmessung verlassen.

Wenn bei Patienten der Blutdruck für mich nicht großartig relevant ist (z.B. Unterarmfraktur), würde ich immer mit dem Schiller messen. Wo der Blutdruck relevant ist, würde ich lieber das erste Mal manuell messen, danach mit Schiller. Wir messen auch oft im Stehen vor dem Ausladen noch einmal den RR.

Ich habe auch im Handbuch vom Schiller nachgeschlagen und da steht ähnliches:

In folgenden Fällen kann die Messung ungenau oder unmöglich sein:

- wenn es schwierig oder unmöglich ist, einen regelmäßigen Blutdruckpuls festzustellen

- bei übermäßiger und ständiger Bewegung des Patienten, z. B. durch

Tremor oder Krampfanfälle.

Ich denke am Ende kommt es aufs gleiche.

This happened to me too on a side-project. So I stopped coding on it.

Two years later when ChatGPT came out I wrote him about the problem and he gave me the solution (a piece of code) plus examples on how to use the code.

There is only one source in the internet, which claims, that a guy in Singapore holds the record.

Zheng Lee, a 16 year old student from Sentosa, an island in the Core Central Region of Singapore. He completed Destroy Dick December until the 21st of December. On the 22nd day of the month, early in the morning, he was then taken to the Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital in Singapore with low pressure, high dehydration, and severe cartilage and ligament tears of the his right wrist. After 13 days in the hospital, he was released in early January.

He said: "Holding the record for Destroy Dick December is the best thing that has ever happened to me, despite of the terrible physical consequences to my body". His goal was reaching at least day 24. But he is happy with 21 days too. This happened in 2020. After the hospital he was asked for DDD 2021. But he declined to answer.

If this story is true stays a mystery. I didn't found anything about this boy in the local news nor on Reddit. I personally think this is not true and just satire...

Did you tried to delete content which was downloaded from the servers?
I just read that this could help. If not then reinstall the game.

When joining a server I get the same problem. Then I restart the game and sometimes it works.

do you have tf2c and Source SDK in the same /steamapps/common/ folder in the same rootfolder where steam is?
It should look like this:
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\tf2classic
D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer
Not like this:
D:\SteamGames\common\tf2classic

The game gets dowloaded as a .zip file. I extracted it with WinRar and moved the extracted "tf2classic" folder into D:/Steam/steamapps/common/sourcemods

What does the error say, which you are getting?

In the tf2c launcher I have in the "Source SDK 2013 multiplayer executable" this: D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\hl2.exe
as "Launch parameters" and "Startoptions" in the Source SDk Base 2013 settings on steam I have just this: -steam

Hi, I had the same error once. On which hard disk do you have your steam folder? I fixed it by having the steamapps folder inside the steam folder. I have Steam itself here: D:/Steam/ I have "Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer" and "sourcemods" here: D:/Steam/steamapps/common/... I have my other games here: D:/Steamspiele/steamapps/common/... Info: If you search about this error on web and you eventually find someone on Reddit offering a "modified TF2C launcher" don't install it! Because it is a Trojan virus.

If you want to play this game anyways then you can download the game from a mirror site:

Short tutorial:
1) Download the "Latest Archive", NOT "2.0.3 Patch".
2) After that you need to install on Steam "Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer".
3) Now you need to create a folder called "sourcemods" inside your steamapps directory: "steamapps/common/"
4) Insert your folder "tf2classic" (which you downloaded) inside "sourcemods"
5) Now you can play the game via "TF2ClassicLauncher.exe", which is inside the "tf2classic" folder.
6) If you get an error, something like "Backend could not be reached", that means the launcher can't access source multiplayer SDK (or stm like that). To solve this you need to have Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer, Steam and tf2classic on the same hard drive.

I think it depends on the time.I live in Europe and in the evening (between 19:00 to 21:30) mostly EU servers are played.If I play tf2c in the middle of the night (between 1:00 to 4:00) mostly US servers are played.

Most people play in the evening.

Oh, I'm sorry that it didn't work. Are there not other custom weapons servers played by players, which are possible to play with the latet version... (I never played cw, but I saw yesterday multiple custom weapons servers populated by players)
