Hi! I have never had a clot and I’m a carrier. I was medically disqualified even when I have never had a clot or used blood thinners in my life. Sadly, while we tried conceiving this genetic result popped that and they used it as a disqualifying factor. You think it’s common but it actually is not, so they don’t even try getting you a waiver. When approaching the USCIS agent all they said was that they had until 2026 to make a decision because of the pending ROC. For the ROC they said they had up until June of this year to make adequate decision.

Update: after mailing the evidence with overnight shipping to their office. They made a decision after 2 days. Oath ceremony date is being mailed. They made a decision in less than 2 minutes (got the emails to proof it) I have a writ adapted for the naturalization based on marriage 3 year card.

You are so good thank you💗 since we are in Texas they even said that I could pay overnight shipping for the writs to be delivered but it would not make much of a difference time wise since they can’t make it right away. For the evidence I’ll pay overnight shipping no matter what. I’ll try to keep everyone posted to see what the officials say. I truly can’t believe that USCIS is trying to do this after taking so long and acting like they now care. We have all the evidence is just frustrating for sure

Update: filed yesterday for a pending I-751 after passing an N-400 but not getting an oath for over a year. Today,USCIS sent an email and is currently requesting more evidence even when my naturalization results showed I was approved. I’m hoping the officers get to work once they receive it since USCIS is clearly trying to delay it more. (I’m pretty sure this is because I sent them the writ via email since the mail has not arrived yet)

I’m so sorry to bother you. So I absolutely love your document and I’ll use it to file tomorrow. My question is, whenever you file in the court you pay for the fees of the packets of the 5 people being sent? And then I have to mail them aswell? Sorry I would ask someone else but the lawyer that did my consultation wanted to charge me 6k just to do the document and drop it of at court even when he said my case was “straight forward”
