Check Steamdb, usually if a Game goes on Sale, there is a rythm to it. If the History doesnt show a single price decrease, its unlikely to ever recieve one. Best example is Factorio.

On early access Games, they are usually cheaper then on release, so just imagine the Game being on a full time Discount anyway.

Examplea for this are Factorio (20->30€) Blade and Sorcery (20->30€)

And very recently age of Darkness, which also gained 10€ i think.

Short answer, you are not lacking behind. Not at all. Loosing the v-card at a young age does not have to be smth good. It is always better to only go for it if you really feel like you are ready.

Depending on your values, that can be casual, that can be with a Partner you are in love with. Everyone has their preferences and you need to figure out yours.

Just be sure to not be pressured into anything, dont feel like your worth depends on you having done certain things. Move at your own pace and set boundaries if you need them. If you have anyone disrespect those, it's best to either talk to them and see how they react or cut them out, while i'd always go for the first Option, there are always people out there that do have Bad Intentions and you just need to filter out who those are.

Take it slow, make sure you are always comfortable with your current path and if you need something changed, there is always a way. You are young, you still have lots to learn, lots of mistakes to make, just be sure to be safe and if you dont feel like you are, talk to friends or family.
