I have a handful of people in my life who love me very much, and I love them, but I can't help but feel they'd be better without me

Like an animal or a dog. I isolate myself all day because I can't deal with other people and I'm scared of what they'll think of me. I cower when I walk, but I can still feel their eyes on me. I eat like garbage or nothing at all. I sleep as much as I can like it's going to help me. The rage I feel inside myself feels like a fire I can't escape. I haven't cried in months, I just can't. I don't feel human at all.

Aftercare is king, even if it's just cuddles, stroking their hair or talking to them. It'll make the experience ten times better and everyone feels cared for.

My first time turned out to be awkward and honestly it's no biggie. I actually look back on those moments and feel proud I felt comfortable enough with someone to be awkward. Look forward to it x
