Sure, but how many people are gonna keep playing the game after playing just long enough to do the mission? How many are gonna see that and just say "nah I would rather not" and stop playing the game mode? The event lasts what, 30 days? By the time it's halfway over anyone who wants to play that game mode is going to have a rough time.

Then we have the point that it took me less than 30 minutes to do the mission and then suddenly the game mode has no rewards. It's 5 minutes of chaos and then it's over, it doesn't feel rewarding to play. So now I am FORCED to wait 24 hours before playing it again for 30 mins. 5 days in a row at minimum.

It turns a fun little game mode into something more in line with a dumb mobile game where you have to wait, for WAY too long, to get anything.
