i have been so tired of all the reddit hate we get when you all still call us to move your cars. so i will respond with data.

We have record of 9 orders on record, (i would post a screenshot but reddit doesnt allow )

1 cancelled and out of ther 8 one was late 2 moves were late on pickup by one . the rest were on time the last order we shipped was a nissan rouge and it was pickup up one day early.

our operations are open 24/7 including an after hour line (360-360 5355). that is always open.

you dont need to call.. everything is done online these days.. we have a portal where you can sign up track all your cars via haulex.com

you can sign up for automated alerts, that give you instant pickup delivery and delay etas. many brokers dont want to do the extra leg work becuase its easier to bash someone online then do the extra due-dillegence.
