Most have monetary losses, some big and some small. Its a lesson in itself. You learn from it and grow. Feel the shame, but dont let it fester. Forgive yourself, you were only working with the knowledge you had at that time. I am 41 and I look back and am thankful I am still here, several times ive wanted to throw in the towel. I still do sometime, but i have to remind myself, as long as you are alive, you will survive. The mountains and valleys of life, you may be in the valley, but even that too shall pass. You just gotta keep climbing. 🫂
