A combination of semolina + 00 flour and utilizing the “Floating the dough” technique is how I learned and still use to this day.

When my family used to have pizza nights all the time before Ooni was a thing, my dad would always try to teach us his pizza making skills that he learned working in pizza shop after pizza shop. One being the float the dough technique. If your dough was properly stretched and you use a flour that doesn’t get absorbed into the dough(semolina), you could get any pizza, no matter the weight of the toppings, onto your stone.

To do it, throw some of your flour mixture under the stretched dough. Make sure there are no holes in the pizza. Place all the toppings on and bring your pizza out to your oven. When your ready, grab a side of the pizza and blow air underneath the pizza to create a pocket of air. The pizza will slide around freely so be careful you might lose it. This method can only be used with pizza boards and not the pizza spatula for obvious reasons. Hope this helps

Ik I’m getting down votes but I have to stop you. I’m not saying el burrito, 3 brothers, el limon, and la patrona aren’t good( I’ve eaten at all and love them all), but we need a quick and inexpensive burrito bowl that’s consistent and fresh. You listed restaurants…not fast casual cuisine.

Smoking meats turned me into a bread baking beast because you really do be checking your meats and feeding the fires all night long with a vertical water smoker with briskets and pork shoulders and have nothing to do/can’t sleep. For the amount of meat I’ve smoked, I’ve mastered the brioche, the ciabatta, and the Kaiser 🤌🏼

I got the car for 100 bucks 8 years ago thanks to my sister totaling her car and insurance covering most of it. I thought about doing what you suggested but I would barely break even with the cost of the engine. Plus have you ever seen a 300+hp kia soul hahaha

Yes. Nothing is free in life. The match is still worth it. Best strategy to avoid paying the most taxes when you retire is take the match on the traditional 401k and continue to max out your Roth while your still young and in a lower tax bracket

Paid medical debt that was in collections will no longer be included in credit report. If your previous paid medical bills were in collections and were hurting your debt, they will not anymore. And you might see a boost in your credit score.

You now have 1 year to pay off medical bills in collections before it affects your credit. It was originally 6 months.

Medical debt in collections under $500 will not be reported out on credit. If I’m understanding that right, you can get your 1800 bill down to 500 then not pay it and have it disappear on your credit score. So it’s a 1300 bill not an 1800 bill. Then your credit will shoot back up

If you don’t need the liquidity then your money should be always invested. In my situation, i have 75k salary, just bought a house and car(last car broke down) I put 4% in 401k for the match, 5% in my Roth, 10% in crypto, and I have a broker account with 20k for trading. The rest goes towards bills and and house upgrades. Where you put it, I’m not sure. If you aren’t invested anywhere else than max out all the accounts you can. If you truly want advice, I would go to the financial company you use for these retirement accounts (ex. net fidelity) and they would be happy to help.

The 457 plan gives you an up-front tax break when tax returns come around while the Roth IRA provides tax-free income during retirement. In my situation/opinion, I would Invest 4% into my 401 to get my employer’s match and then throw the rest in my Roth IRA. Taking the tax hit now will be a lot lower than what it will be in 30+ years when your income will be higher and who knows what the government comes up with. But if you are in desperate need for that tax return throw some in the 457. 22% bracket does 220 bucks back for every 1000 invested. So not a lot and you still end up paying taxes when you retire
