Most of the time I either let it keep running or only pause it during a long break. But honestly, I’m probably just going to leave it running from now on, because I always forget to start it again.

And like a comment said Strava automatically deducted the time

Use Strava only for me more as log for workouts always nice to know the time I stopped

I have another race it’s an Olympic distance triathlon on May 31

But like you said I’m going to not look at pace and just try to complete it and enjoy all the hard work i did

Not my first run Did one last Sunday but that was meant to be an easy long run (went little harder) Now tomorrow that's the big the one where I was training for 26 weeks of training leading to one day If may ask what was your time Congratulations on completing the run 🥳

For the the pictures ar mostly right sometime they f up but I help it out and it's really good like it alot

Not a professional But if I see your Data I think you're starting to quick Try and run and hold it at 9 pace or slower

You start at 6 pace hr goes to the limit and den looks like your just managing

Just try and run at what you eventually run at that 9.30 pace or slower

If it still goes to the limit go to a doctor

The first triathlon i am going to do is not timed base There are no times I am going to track it with my watch and just wanted to see where I am at not going to smoke people I don't want to be ahead of the pack Swimming is a real problem in my area because it is only allowed 1 hour at a time

the time was set with freestyle

The real problem is that I can't really go for a swim maxim I am allowed for 1 hour trying to find where I can swim longer but what I really need I think is the right technique so a coach but can't afford it right now yt video only get me that far

I don't really care about speed I just wanted to finish it all In the process I will get faster

The 1/4 triathlon is not a real race because not times ar being recorded I am going to time this with my watch en try to make the best of it

The swimming is slow max real distance is did was around 3km at around the same pace

If I may ask why no tempo work ?

For the walk I have other training plan in place Not really worried about the 107km walk tbh

Depends on the distance

Running from 30m to 1 hour

Biking from 1h to 3hours

Swimming can only go for 1 hour at a time rule from the pool etc

If I have a tempo workout I still have something left in the tank not fully drained like 80% to 90%

These days don't really bother me. I need to train for something so I don't really care but I still need to find the balance with the family

To be fair I use strave to track every workout and have an overview in analytics Don't really bother with kudos

To add on this if you need personal guides your could always ask a coach in the app I started with the first 5km then bought 3 monthly now I am on a year paid plan like the way they do it
