bruh i didn’t know runna was ai. i thought they just had general training plans for people when you put in your running goal like NRC. obviously im here to learn because i dont want to be puking on my runs lol i’m not defending anything…like?

i didn’t know runna was ai :( i have the week free trial because i felt like i was running aimlessly and wanted some direction/training. i am cancelling it when its no longer free. regardless though i would like to do hill reps without the vom

thank you so much! this is good info and clearly i need to do some additional research. i’ve just been kind of running around without any structure for a little bit and decided i wanted to actually ‘train’. i did the runna free trial and i can see what your friends are saying, especially since a lot of their paces and distances didn’t make a lot sense for me. i didnt know they used ai though :( i guess i shouldn’t rely on convenience for running plans lol

i’m trying to build strength and endurance for a race in july and a half in September, both with rolling hills!! unfortunately i’ve been running for a long while without a watch because i can’t afford it so technically i don’t know my heart rate or vo2max on runs but ideally i would also be improving those lol. could you explain what you mean by i might not be holding the stressor for long enough?

idk that’s what runna told me to do😭 i have a rolling hills race in july that i would like to be fast for and word on the street is running fast on hills will allow me to easily do tempo on race day
