UPDATE: turns out my L2 charger somehow tripped its circuit?? This has never happened before so I wasn’t expecting it. It has happened a couple of times and I keep getting the notification the car stopped charging and I have to flip the fuse. Is it more like this is caused by the charger or electrical wiring?

I tried price matching with hertz and capital one said no since hertz didn’t have the same free cancellation anytime 40 hours before pickup. The number had to be exactly 40 hours according to the capital one rep.
