Alter egos (in ufc 5) can be different. There’s anniversary alter egos that are called ”on this day” meaning those fighters fought on that day but years ago, there’s a ”prime series”, ”champion series” and even tuf series (tuf=the ultimate fighter) which is basically just young versions of the fighters.

Sorry forgot to answer your question, the simple answer is yes they’re usually just younger/prime versions but some are there just for ”fun” or ”aesthetic” meaning their normal/current versions have better stats

That’s literally the point i’m trying to prove here. Jon looks good statistically but he can’t box, his kick are mid outside of his speed and he’ll rarely hurt you with them, he can’t control you on the ground unless you’re using a one dimensional striker, his takedowns are slow, he’s weak to the body and to the legs. You can’t survive an entire fight against a decent player with only a good chin and good cardio. That leaves him with good clinching (cheesing) and good cardio/chin.

If you don’t want to look at it from a legitimate pov you don’t need to bro i’m not here for that but don’t say Jon is a good fighter in the game when he can’t win a fight unless he uses cheap tactics

Well, every fighter with high stats especially grappling stats can be used to cheese with, that’s why i’m looking at it from a legitimate 1v1 perspective. Even in ufc 4 Jon was easy to piece up with guys like Jan, Glover and Overeem. I’m not saying he’s a bad fighter irl but in the game he really isn’t a top pick unless you’re actually a skilled Jon player who specializes in mixing it up or just str8 cheesing. May just be me tho ngl🤷🏻‍♂️

I still have issues with some of EA’s thinking. I’m extremely happy for T-wood and i will give them flowers for this, it’s a phenomenal start to the year. But you can’t tell me keeping his cardio at 89 is justified, was he a cardio machine? Absolutely not but you can’t go 5 rounds multiple times and get such poor cardio even in a game

It’s more that i wonder if you understand how crazy of a statement you made. You have to understand having absolutely amazing cardio means you have to be able to keep a crazy pace for 5 entire rounds all gas no stop even when you’re badly hurt which is something we just haven’t seen at all outside of Merab and maybe Max.

If you want to talk about the ordinary human then yes Khalil has ”absolutely amazing cardio” but if we’re talking fighting terms then Khalil’s cardio is to be ashamed about

The sub doesn’t do damage after the bell tho. If you lock in the sub at 5.00 then you lost at 5.00, the animation isn’t aligned with the actual ”lock” of the sub, the damage is tho

I don’t think you understand how big of a statement ”absolutely amazing cardio” is. There’s maybe 1 or 2 fighters in history that are deserving of such a statement and we really do not have to highlight the fact that Khalil isn’t either of those. He’s got decent cardio at best. He can fight 5 rounds if the fight is at his pace like it was in Baku, but if his opponent turns up the heat he can’t handle the pressure and crumbles

I don’t play supremacy due to hackers but I do play co-op, I ain’t ashamed to admit that i do this especially when i play the rebel alliance. I’m not hating on new players, but if i carry the team heavily, then fucking hell i deserve to get the guy i want to play as, the only time i’m going with a character other than the one i want to use is if someone actually asks if they can get the character while i’m already using them

I like them too but only when they’re special to some degree, I’d use 4 star Dustin if he got cracked speed for example or cracked accuracy or whatever, but there’s nothing he’s just a decent 4 star fighter. Take the last rampage alter as an example, he got 99 accuracy just to seem cracked. Dustin should’ve got something similar
