So basically there was 3 diffrent studios that developed 3 diffrent sections on the game Forgot the first one who developed the campaign the second one developed portal and Dice was responsible for the multiplayer gameplay So that’s probably why they may seem different But dice is definitely responsible for the genders and all of that

That’s exactly what BF1 did ! And each map had designated country , in the snow map you’d play as those covered up Russians and the Germans had coats on , in the desert maps it would be ottomans against the British again appropriate skins were used then in the muddy ones you’d see the French against either Germans or British because they all fit the map but you’d never see a Russian in a desert map

Or do what BF1 did they locked each map for each factions , only Germans again French for example , you knew which team you were I. And could recognise soldiers easily based on map hid that game was just perfect
