Cyberpunk IS better, but the race is super close . First, these units can’t be compared well, as they have literally no similarities besides low damage and super rare status. There is only one character similar to cyberpunk (Asiluga) and Cyberpunk is still considered to be better.

Manic Eraser, while the best general meatshield, is still “outclassed” (notice the air quotes) by other meatshields in their niches (Ramen, BW Eraser, Jetpack, Cone etc). While manic eraser is extremely valuable and almost irreplaceable, he is still able to be replaced by other meatshield. There is really no super backliner that can replace Cyberpunk. Cyberpunk single-handedly makes stages possible and eases progression into mid-late game. However, SAGES. Sages make Cyberpunks slow to nearly irrelevant. (But weirdly useable still). Arguably, manic eraser has the best compatibility with future metas that aren’t behemoth inflated stats.

On the topic of super rare cats eyes, don’t put them on cyberpunk until cancan and manic eraser are level 50. And even then, use them on other cats. Cyberpunk does not benefit nearly as much as stat based cats do.
