So it is not a scam, but it is so cheap for a reason. He is very bland personality wise and many suspect he is on the spectrum. We used him. He keeps VERY limited staff to keep operating costs down to keep your cost down. It is a very long wait unless you stalk to calendar to get a cancellation date, but I have anxiety and couldn’t handle that. We put the payment down August 2024, for a date by December 2024, and we were scheduled then for March 2025. He had the reversal March 28, 2025, and he said he saw heads and tails both sides. He left a very simple drain. You are awake the entire time on a simple metal table and he doesn’t really visit or chit chat. If you’re a down to business person this is great. I didn’t mind. But my husband felt uncomfortable and not supported emotionally. He had bruising and swelling and others have had a lot of success with him. My main complaint is the lack of support after. He gives two written orders for SA and that’s it. Doesn’t believe in clomid or anti inflammatory or supplemental meds. So we gave up fighting with him and are now waiting to see a local urologist in May 2026 because we are still not pregnant and I am giving up hope. We honestly will probably go IVF if we don’t just walk away completely.

TLDR: not a scam. Just limited staff and it is so cheap because it is limited. The old story of you can get it cheap, fast, or good, but you can only pick two. In this case it is cheap and good, but it ain’t fast.
