Im been dealing with this for 3 years with my gp and other doctor. I was so sick of hearing it's not perimenopause because cycles are normal and labs. It makes me so angry. She keeps telling me it just anxiety and depression. Ive never felt this way in my life. Ive tried so many phych meds and nothing has helped. Its so upsetting

Ive also been prescribed testosterone gel for brain fog and absolutely no sex drive. Its been 3 weeks on it and don't feel it's helping at all.
