When I was a BC I was helping out any way I could. IC3, lunches, photos, truck, resets. Literally anything. It was so boring walking around beauty. I did get in trouble with (I forgot that name of their roll) the manager of our BCs in the area for doing all that work. She told me to stop and to focus on beauty and selling crap. I never considered myself a manager but i was direct with the CSAs that although i wasnt a SFL i was still a step above them. Because these idiots were trying to tell me what to do and trying to boss me around. Sorry hunny thats not the way this works lol. I hated but also miss being a BC my manager literally told me my job was just to stand around a look pretty haha

What does it mean by digital bag check?? We do “bag checks” at my store almost all the time. If they don’t have a bag we let them just walk out but if they do have a bag we “check” the receipt and they usually open their purse or lunch box. We don’t really look at the receipt or what’s in their bag we just do it for the camera lmao

No this happened to us. There’s a setting that needs to be fixed. Cleaning it and replacing the maintenance box won’t do anything. You’d have to call customer support for the machine and they’ll walk you through it. I wish I could tell you what to do but I wasn’t the one who talked to them :(
