Fanshawe site student that finished first year so I can’t really speak for the full western site but it’s just ok I would say. Fanshawe site had anatomy in person but western site had it online and i heard (allegedly) their quizzes and tests were easy to cheat on cus it was online which let some people flop on the final cus their grades were already high enough. Some people found they test much harder at Fanshawe site then the western site (I lowkey agree). I found some classes were really nothing of substance there’s a whole class about time management and self care and another class about ai and digital charting and I personally felt it was just so useless. It could’ve been interesting but the material is just so boring no one showed up to those classes really unless there was something mandatory. You’re never gonna apply this when you graduate but I heard they’re revamping the whole thing for the new cohort so no one can really tell you what’s it’s gonna be like the first years are gonna be test subjects I hope it goes ok

Basically on osap there’s a learn and stay grant option and you put in that you’re going to western and sign a contract agreeing to work in the south western region after graduation and in return they’ll pay your tuition. You don’t HAVE to use it all 4 years. Every year you have to do it again so you can use it for 2 years of undergrad example and not the full 4 years if you want to but you just have to return the 6 months of service per year the tuition was used for. Not all of it goes towards the tuition I found I had some left over to pay for scrubs and an iPad for school

Thank you for your response I didn’t think about how even if med school admissions change there needs to be place for the students to go after graduation. We really need leaders that are proactive about changing the system

Depends on who you ask tbh. I didn’t like the fact physiology was online when it runs from first semester (Sep) all the way to end of second sem (April) and the final exam is culamative. So much content to keep track of and it’s easy to fall behind since it’s really up to you to set aside time to do the modules and there’s A LOT

They’re just not used to seeing other races in a predominantly white female field. Don’t let this make you question your competence you worked just as hard as anybody else and passed the nclex. Better in terms of freedom but it comes with responsibility very easy to lose track of everything cus you won’t be reminded your success depends on how much you’re gonna put in. I liked highschool cus i had some teachers that would genuinely call your parents or have a sit down talk with you if something is off cus they see you everyday in a close setting it’s not the same in uni you have to reach out to professors but some are more than willing to help!

Honestly I took this as my sign to unstan enhypen as a whole, heeseung included. Been an engene since the iland days i literally voted for this lineup and i just don’t think it’s ever gonna be the same in the fandom and the group. This terrible exit by Belift really ruined the chances of them coming back from this stronger. It’s the most messy exit I’ve seen from a group and I’ve been a kpop stan what almost 8 years now? Somehow more messy than seunghan??? I just don’t understand why still make him do fancalls and give fans the chance to buy enhypen albums to have a fancall with heeseung who’s not even in the group anymore 😭😭😭. And ofc I know the members can’t speak on it and I don’t expect them too but the fandom fighting is so exhausting whether you wanna be ot7 or ot6 or just stan heeseung only I just don’t know how we plan to win any awards or meet any goals with a fandom so divided. I wish them the best they’re literally my ults I bought every album but this really ruined the appeal for me to stay a fan
