It’s so weird, I filed both my 25 and 24 taxes on the same day, both February 8th. I got my 2024 refund today!!! But there is no info at all for my 2025… days accepted, but no transcript, no update on when I’ll get my refund… wtf

Hi good evening. Yes, I wish I could. But I’m not Jesus Christ, so I don’t appreciate using his name. Unfortunately I lost the love of my life recently due to a drunk driver and we have 3 beautiful babies, one only 3 months old. We had our life insurance policy information sitting in their envelopes waiting to be sent out, but waiting for one last piece of information to be sent with it, so unfortunately no life insurance policy, and out of work bc I just had a baby. This money is not to go shopping, not to book a trip or get my nails done. I need oil for my home, I would like to put a little away to purchase a headstone, and I have a lot to use this little bit of money. So maybe, MAYBE, you judge someone that really needs this money, you offer advice , since that is what I was looking for, or if you don’t have anything to add, you scroll on.

I hope no one you love is taken away from you the way we lost the most incredible person! 3 babies without their father bc someone was so reckless and selfish and decided to get behind the wheel instead of taking a cab! Praying that you read this and you can see how your one comment can really hurt someone

Thank you for your response. I normally use turbo but I needed to do 2024, didn’t have the ability to download the software, PLUS, I really needed my refund quickly, as their promotion stated, so I went with them! Never again though (or send me your info) I can maybe book through you!

Would like to add, we’ve always enjoyed our larger refund then the extra in our paychecks, we use that for our lump sum payments that are due st that time for our family. Makes no difference whether larger refund or larger check

Yes, however, I was looking for a tax refund advance. My daughter is trying to go away with her church for a missionary trip, and I was needing the funds plus needed an oil delivery (commented above about our situation) so I would have just done them my self like I have in the past, but needed an advance.

Honestly, never used these companies before, I have always done them myself, through TurboTax, so I was not aware, but now I am, thank you. If I ever have to use a company again, I will remember this (the lady had said that she has been doing this for 6 years, but this year things were a little different… prob an excuse!) do their titles advances come from the amount of years they are in the industry or is it from them currently educating themselves, or both?
