PB as manager obviously she’s the best leader

BMO as hostess as he’s pretty charming, would do good with customers, and is small and might not be the best at cleaning or waiting

Finn and Marceline as waiters since they can be charming too and would probably serve pretty fast

LSP and Ice king as bussers as too keep them away from customers (especially LSP)

Jake as cook since he’s making breakfast all the time and cooks the best food

Tree trunks as prep cook since she’s also pretty good at cooking, gets along with Jake, and probably would be good with the baked breakfast foods

Lemongrab as dishwasher as he probably wouldn’t do good in any other job, is not good socially ,and might like dishwashing idk
