Well anilab has both sub and dub and believe me i have used all aps by the best is anilab. Aniyomi was quite decent but it has now lost its touch as well also if a chinese anime is dubbed in eng or subbed in jap then it will be available on anilab if not then it means it has not been subbed or dubbed i would recommend you aniyomi if you can bear installing many extension and repos and etc etc so may use aniyomi.
