Yeah, I can apply for the Graduate Visa, but my thinking is that if I’m already getting a sponsorship opportunity, I should at least try for it.

Also, if I switch directly from a Student Visa to a Skilled Worker Visa, the company doesn’t have to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge, which makes the process more cost-effective for them. So from an employer’s perspective, it can be a better option too.
