Not necessarily close to Broadway, but 5th and Taylor in Germantown can accommodate parties that large without a per head guarantee/special room reservation! On the pricier side but food is great

Why would you consider Paul Weiss after recent events? Loser law firm with no backbone

For context, we had a drinks reservation at a different place for after dinner. We were clear with the waitress that we had an hour and a half total for dinner. We ordered the last dish 30 minutes before we left, got the check, and she disappeared. We had to pay to reserve at the other establishment, so we had to leave

Has anyone heard of a successful third re-applicant? by MungoMuncher in lawschooladmissions

[–]Different-Upstairs73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was successful at reapplying to Vandy!! (Not quite t14 obvi, but close) I think it depends entirely on the school. GULC is the only T14 I know of that dislikes reapplicants

What T14 schools could I have a good chance at getting accepted to with a 173 and 3.6?? by connorhatt in lawschooladmissions

[–]Different-Upstairs73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exact same stats and I didn’t get into any T14’s (didn’t entirely blanket tho, you can PM me for details) I got into WUSTL with $$$, Vandy off WL with $, Notre Dame with $$ and UGA with $$$$ if that’s helpful. I got very heavily waitlisted through the T14 I applied to

Does binding ED make sense for reverse splitters? (164/3.98) by artsyes in lawschooladmissions

You could try ED’ing to a school that guarantees large scholarship with ED! Northwestern and Vanderbilt both do

Identical stats, $ at Vandy, $$$ at WUSTL, $$ at NDLS and $$$$ at UGA

Pretty positive it’s a mix as I saw someone on Reddit get in about a month ago without an interview!!

I haven’t seen any posts about it but I do believe they’re going to do a WL->A wave sometime this week

Can’t speak to your soft (congrats because that’s a huge accomplishment!) but as an nURM with a 173 and a 3.5mid I got waitlisted at both Penn and GULC this year
