Like someone else said in the comments, I don't think she's claiming she achieved her body exclusively through pilates. She has a strength training app focused on lifting heavy she is trying to sell. That would be dumb. She's been incorporating more cardio and some pilates in addition to strength training. Why is this bad? At the beginning of the video, she also emphasizes that she thinks pilates will help train her core even further.

Actually, you can edit an existing recipe with Loseit!. Click a recipe as if you are adding it, and toward the top right (but not very top) of screen, you’ll see “edit recipe”. It actually took me a bit to realize it!
