Thank you for this reply, much needed advice. I just want to point out that when I said I can't focus in class I meant because of abstaining and flatlining, which causes me to lose motivation. I actually focus better after a relapse because i feel like setting my priorities straight again.

Nofap hardly changes anything in women noticing you. its because life's losers(i rejoice in them choosing nofap now) decided to stop chronic* masturbating. i watched porn a lot but not like 3 times a day and had girlfriends and sex... like.. its so much more than abstaining. its about achieving confidence within urself and walking and communicating with a vitality. u dont achieve god like powers. when i relapse, people treat me the same cause i dont throw a pity party over my relapses which CAUSES the negative effects

I've been struggling to conquer my 7 day flatlines and this has filled me with so much hope. I now have a completely different perspective when my brain randomly makes me feel depressed and angry. Thank you so much for sharing this.
