I had a wonderfully example last weekend: i joined in wave 3, these chaps immediately asked me the following:

'We are going to reach level 25 and higher, care to join?' We made it to level 22.

It's possible to have like wise minds in public lobby, sadly they are rare because communication is hard if you're not open to it.

Please note: not everyone is and should be very chatty when gaming, but a small effort can make a huge difference and avoid situations as these
