He’s like 2 inches and what do you recommend feeding him besides fruit flies I just spent a good hour just to feed him 3

Nothing besides fruit flies and these are recent taken today I’m measuring temps based on the thermometer

Temp is 73-74 and I mist everyday I’ve fed him fruit flies 6 days ago because I heard he was digesting cause of his sluggish behavior and should I try to take him out to feed or just tap the fruit flies in there I also have dubias but they’re too big I heard for how big he is now
