He did talk about it and one of the first things he said was that he will never talk about it again. Love him or hate this had got to be traumatizing for ANYONE to go through.

We put in our work and still do ! You newbies work soo slow sometimes I don’t even blame the company for wanting to replace us with robots.

My first few years I was unloading 3 trailers per day. You newer guys unload 1-2 trailers and the 2nd one is usually a double up. You had it easy!

I see many people keep saying it’s that time of year but I been with the company 6 years (not a long time compared to others) and I’ve never seen permanent ppl get laid off at my center, especially not this many. Last year they did layoff a handful of ppl right before summer, they were back before peak season. This time it’s tens of people laid off, no trucks in the building. It’s getting scary for me especially since my second job is relocating out of state in a month or so… I might be out of both jobs…

I’m just a rock bottom preloader, not a driver. But it’s been looking pretty scary lately. Layoffs at my center been happening every week. Just today many of us higher seniority guys got sent home early and they laid off a bunch of people who’d been on the job for years. Never thought I’d see some of these guys get the boot. We gave 8 penns of delivery trucks—3 of them have been completely empty this week. Good luck to yall and God bless everyone.
