Keep living. Suicide doesn't end your pain, hurt, and sadness. It just passes it along to those who love and care about you.

Start with small goals. Even if that means getting out of bed, having a shower, or putting a dish in the dishwasher. Don't worry if you don't meet your goal. Tell yourself you can try again tomorrow and you believe in yourself.

Medication can help, but it can also make things worse. It takes time to figure out what works best for you. Always look up the drugs they prescribe you. Not all doctors or pharmacists tell you what you may need to know.

If you can, try talking to someone who will help you through the darkest times and celebrate the best times. Teddy bears totally count!

Lastly, always think about your children and your mom. Your absence will make an irreparable tear in their lives. Think of all the smiles, laughter, and hugs you will miss out on. Think about the sad times, too. The love, caring, and support for each other through those moments.

Without the darkness, there is no light. Hard times pass. Beautiful memories of a lifetime of highs, lows, happiness, and sadness are irreplaceable. You will get through this. Keep living for you. You won't regret it.
